In the event that your ATM/Debit Card has been lost, stolen or compromised, call 800-500-1044 or your nearest Traditions First Bank branch immediately and your card will be "hot carded."
To order a replacement card, you will need to contact a Traditions First Bank Customer Service Representative. A replacement card will arrive 10-14 days after an order has been placed.
SecurLOCK Equip is a new mobile app that allows you to control how, when, and where your debit and/or credit cards are used. It is a simple and secure way to manage and monitor your payment transaction activity. SecurLOCK Equip can help keep your payment cards safe and provide instant notifications whenever your card is used.
SecurLOCK Equip requires you to have a credit and/or debit card account issued from Traditions First Bank. You will also need an Apple or Android smartphone. After downloading the app, you will be instructed to enter your full account number then other authentication information. Once registered, you can begin using the app immediately.
There is no fee to use SecurLOCK Equip. It is provided to you free so you can have more control over your card. You can register up to 15 debit and/or credit cards.

Traditions First Bank is now using the chip card format for ATM/Debit Cards. As your card expiration date approaches, you will be issued a new chip card. In order to activate your new chip card, you will need to call the number listed on the card and program a PIN. Once you have done this, your card will be activated. If your chip card is a replacement card, simply make a PIN based purchase to activate it.
Chip cards offer an extra layer of protection and are used in a similar manner as ATM/Debit Cards. The main difference is how these transactions are processed upon check-out. The chip end of the card is inserted into the card reader instead of swiped, and you will be instructed to enter your PIN to complete the purchase. Depending upon the merchant’s card reader, you can choose to swipe rather than use the chip reader. Not all merchants allow this option.
ScoreCard Rewards participants can still earn points if they use their card as a non-PIN based purchase.
