Due to software upgrade, the bank will be closed Saturday, May 15th, 2021.
On Friday, May 14, 2021 at 5:00 pm Traditions First Bank will begin the conversion of our online banking system which will require that all electronic systems be offline, including: Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Payment, Electronic Statements and Telephone Banking.
All historical information maintained in the existing systems will convert to the new system. There will be no interruption of scheduled payments.
Please note your statements and notices will have a new, enhanced appearance.
The Online Banking system will be available for access from www.traditionsfirst.com at 8:00am on Monday, May 17, 2021. At that time, you may sign in with your existing User ID and password.
To access your account on our updated telephone banking system, you will be required to use your new access identification number, which is the last four digits of your social security number PLUS your birthday using the format month/month, day/day, year/year. For example: John Smith’s social security number 123-45-6789 and his birthday is March 12, 1973. His access identification number will be 6789031273. When prompted to enter your pin, use the last four digits of your social security number. The system will then require you to select a new four-digit pin.
Traditions First Bank was developed on the premise that a locally owned bank would better serve the area by preserving the banking principles of yesterday, while also providing progressive financial opportunities for the banking customers of today. Every single customer is important to us, and we want to give fair, honest service to anyone who walks through our doors. We know our customers by name, and we still value the power of a person's word and handshake.
